Thursday, February 4, 2010. Two blocks of DC done. Uploaded my B3-workout to youtube a while ago but forgot to add it to my blog. Yesterday I did my B1-workout again and I have completed two blocks of DC-training. During my first week and the first couple of days of my second week I experienced muscle soreness.
